why is my epson not Printing?

I have an epson px710w it prints on disks very well photos well but whent something in a4 it just prints nothing on the paper then ejects the paper and says that there is a paper jam or i have selcted the wrong paper size. why does this do this?

Have you selected the mode for printing A4? Just a thought because I looked at it and it appears to have a lot of set up.

Also reading some of the reviews it doesn’t Print well in A4 and there appear to be problems with the paper storage.
